PikolHost posts your open plays to Reclub, waitlists requests, sets up the court queue on game day, and keeps the money straight, so hosting stays fun.
How it works
Copy your club's link from the Reclub app. Your open plays, players and money show up right away. No Reclub password needed.
Connect a Reclub host account when you're ready. Post open plays in one form; requests get waitlisted and titles stay up to date on their own.
The court queue sets itself up from your Reclub list. Players scan a QR and follow their court on their phones.
What it does
Pick the venue, date, courts and fee. PikolHost writes the title and description with your payment details, posts it to your Reclub club, adds your co-hosts and drops your payment QR in the chat.
❗2 SLOTS LEFT❗ 2C3H | SAT 7-10PM
Join requests move to the waitlist on their own, and the title shows the slots left until it's full.

Built from your Reclub list. Late arrivals, breaks and partner requests handled, no shouting names.
Scan to follow the court queue. See your court and when you're up next.
Players follow their court on their own phones, and a big screen by the courts shows who's up.
Know when an open play fills, when requests wait, or when it starts soon with slots left.
